This Privacy Policy explains how STMZ Kinetic ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website and tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a unique account ID from Google to identify you and manage your subscription.
• Subscription information. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Paddle) handles your payment. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and expiry — never your full card details.
• Content you submit. Prompts you type and CSV files you upload are sent to our AI providers to produce your result.
• Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, request time) used to operate the Service and apply free-tier limits.

2. How we use information

• To provide the tools and generate the output you request.
• To manage sign-in, subscriptions and free-tier usage limits.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not permanently store the CSV files or prompts you submit on our servers; they are processed to generate your result and are not retained by us.
• We do not display advertising or share your content with advertisers.

4. Third-party processors

To run the Service we rely on trusted providers, each with their own privacy policies: Google (sign-in), Paddle (payments and tax), and AI inference providers (such as Groq, OpenRouter and Google Gemini) which process the prompts you submit to generate responses. Content sent to these providers is subject to their respective terms.

5. Data retention

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes
