These Terms govern your use of STMZ Kinetic (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
STMZ Kinetic provides AI-assisted tools for planning, generating, scheduling and publishing social media content — including campaign generation, content ideas, video creation with voice narration, automated posting via AutoPilot, direct posting integrations (LinkedIn, Telegram), webhook-based routing to other platforms, and performance tracking. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing it.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in line with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable consumer law. Contact us and we will help.
You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content, to attempt to bypass usage limits, or to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the output you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The AI relay automatically switches between providers to reduce downtime, but third-party outages may still occur.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
